Our instruments and bows are usually ready for shipment in 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) and then within 1-2 days (within Germany) at your home. If you order from abroad, shipping usually takes 3-6 days.
We bear the full shipping risk. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days. Please use the enclosed return slip and be sure to use the original packaging.
We do not ship cellos and double basses. We also do not ship selection orders. If you would like to try out more than two instruments or bows, or if you are interested in a cello or double bass, please feel free to make an appointment in our Aachen workshop!
