Right of withdrawal
As a consumer:in you have the right to revoke a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Huppertz & Verstraeten GbR, Schildstraße 12, 52062 Aachen, +49 241 47584702, info@die-geigenbaumeister.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. If you have received goods from us, please return them (including the original invoice) to us within the cancellation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
In the case of goods, we may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
To prevent damage to the instrument or bow during return shipment, please use only the original packaging materials.
Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal for service / work contracts with consumers (§ 356 BGB)
You are further expressly informed that the right of withdrawal in the case of a contract for the provision of services expires prematurely if the service has been provided in full and Huppertz & Verstraeten GbR has only commenced with the performance of the service after you have given your express consent to this and you have simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by Huppertz & Verstraeten GbR.
Exclusion when the right of withdrawal does not apply
This right does not apply to the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
